BR 1-01 Anna and the Fighter (Laird Elizabeth, 1997)

"Eight...Nine...Ten." The fight was over.(P 26)
This story is about Ann's first journey away from home. Ann met a man on the train. The man looks bad and dangerous. At first, she was afraid of the man, but he was not bad man. In addition, he was very kind. He helped Ann many times.
I was very impressed with this book because it taught me what we should not judge people by appearance. In fact, the man was very kind and gentle. At first, I thought he is bad man too. However, he was a famous boxer, and he was a gentle man. That's why, I don't judge people by appearance.
